Abstract:The paper uses the super-network theory to properly analyze and fully understand the status and characteristics of Beijing international science and technology collaboration.Its data is from the patent in the USPTO Patent Application Full-Text and Image Database.The paper elaborates the structure characteristics and implement steps of Beijing international science and technology collaboration super-network model.And it also builds the super-network,which includes national collaboration sub-network,organizational collaboration sub-network,talent collaboration sub-network,field collaboration sub-network and the interaction between them.It analyzes the evolution characteristics,and takes Microsoft as an example for application analysis.
