Abstract：Along with the growing importance of international science and technology cooperation in science and technology development, more demand about international science and technology cooperation evaluation emerges in China.However, the methodology designed for Chinas S&T cooperation evaluation is not enough at home and abroad.This article takes the example of the evaluation of US-China clean energy research center, trying to study and summarize the methodology of international science and technology cooperation evaluation for China, including key evaluation questions, evaluation methods and logic model.It will be helpful for future evaluation activity of China
