Abstract:This paper first analyzes the mediating effect of the employees' knowledge sharing theoretically,then uses a sample of industry-academy cooperation organizations which are from different sources,in different size,so as to build a model of mediating effect to carry out the empirical tests.The study shows that the employees' knowledge sharing of industry-academy cooperation organizations plays a partly mediating role between integration mechanisms and knowledge transfer.The conclusions can provide the basis for actions to the senior management staff of industry-academy cooperation organizations in building integration mechanisms,carrying out the employees' knowledge sharing behaviors and other aspects,allocating management resources rationally and seizing the key point of control,so that they can regulate rigid integration mechanisms and promote flexible knowledge sharing,to improve the efficiency of knowledge transfer of industry-academy cooperation interface
