Forecasts on Science Popularization Personnel Development in China

Abstract：This paper identifies the problems in science popularization personnel development by analyzing the status in this regard.In light of the importance and urgency of civic scientific literacy,it predicts the future demand for science popularization personnel development based on L-Q gray forecast model from 2014 to 2012,which is more accurate than normal gray forecast model,the result reflects that there is still a huge shortfall in science popularization personnel development at current rate,and in the end it offers suggestions based on current situation at home and abroad for the problems of science popularization.
