Abstract:This article aims to analyze inherent attributes of value driver in platform-based business model innovation,by which to explore value creation mechanism in the process of business model innovation.Using the application of case analysis and ground theory,it generalizes and proves the internal attributes of business model in value creation of Zhubajie:novelty(N),lock-in(I),complementary(C)and efficiency(E).It demonstrates the four inner attributes as value creation and action mechanism by combining with case study and canvas.Finally,it summarizes the general value creation path of business model innovation:motivation-intrinsic properties-theory(carrier)-results of value creation.And this article finds that similar platform-based enterprise should focus on the four internal attributes,such as novelty,lock-in,complementary and efficiency when it designs business model,which suggests an enterprise can improve the four attributes to realize value creation,and take them as evaluating standards to review or innovate business model.
