Abstract：In this paper,the mechanisms of how intellectual property regime impacts on technological innovation as well as economic growth are reviewed based on relevant theories and practices.As a matter of fact, how intellectual property regime affect technological innovation depends on many intermediary factors,including R&D,the cross-country technological transfer,the disclosure and diffusion of technological,stage of economic development,national innovation capacity,and so on.To improve the intellectual property regime in China,it is essential to keep balance among various factors and maintain a suitable level of intellectual property protection.Particularly,factors with negative effects should be constraint properly
