Effect Analysis of Environmental Regulation towards Export Advantage on Basis of Discriminated Innovation Offset

Abstract：Using 2001—2013 panel data of China s manufacturing industry,we run tests to determine the relation between environmental regulation and export advantage.The results show:from the big picture,environmental regulation has a minor positive effect on China s export advantage,and as technical capacity is increasing,the positive effect tends to become more obvious;when it comes to industrial results,only in industries with more technical capacity,can environmental regulation enhance their export advantage,however,in those with smaller technical capacity,this enhancement becomes suppression
