Abstract：Based on the core elements of contract management and combining the relationship between dynamic theory,defines relationships between members of the network capacity as the ability of relationship start,development and termination .On the basis of reviewing the related literature,it studies the effect of the four types of network behavior.At the same time,it introduces network practice as a moderator variable,and uses the method of multiple regression empirical test.Results show that the abilities of relationship start,development and termination have different effects on the network information retrieval,the opportunity to use,strong connection to mobilize and weak connection resources transfer behavior
