Abstract：Today,collaborative innovation is the new trend of science and technology development in the world,and enterprises play a dominant role in industry-university-research institute collaborative innovation.On the basis of clarifying the concept of collaborative innovation and enterprise technology innovation subject,this study analyzes the problems and reasons of restricting the enterprise industry-university-research institute collaborative innovation in China,and proposing strategies and suggestions of deepening industry-university-research institute collaborative innovation with enterprises as the main body in four aspects:strengthening the endogenous power of enterprises,increasing research and development investment of enterprises,improving enterprises ability to create and apply intellectual property rights,and perfecting public technology platform and service system of enterprise innovation
