Abstract:This paper researches the collaborative development modes of Reginal Innovation System(RIS),which are strategic alliance,triple helix,innovation network and open innovation,according to the relationship between innovation actors from simple to complex.Government has different effect to different modes,and its role is different.In order to promote the collaborative development of RIS,it needs to play a role of the government based on a variety of patterns
