Abstract：The national research institutions undertake the major task of science and technology innovation and development in the United States.It is existing provisions of disposal right that accelerates transformation of technology and commercialization of scientific and technological achievements.By studying disposal experience of scientific and technological achievements in American national research institutions represented by ARS,NIH and other 10 national research institutions,the paper summarizes two kinds of ownership pattern of disposition of scientific and technological achievements,then illustrates the disposition scope and manner of disposal,analyzes the disposal effect,in order to propose some enlightenment to China
