Abstract：Clarifying the basic pattern and trend of development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city cluster,not only is the basic starting point to carry out the collaborative innovation strategy,but also will determine the spatial pattern and layout of innovation strategy.Based on the basic law of development of the world city clusters,this paper presents the three basic spatial patterns,three basic trends,and puts forward four measures of collaborative innovation in this city cluster
