Abstract：Using industrial production panel data of 31 industrial sectors across 21 counties in Guangdong province from 2005 to 2013,it studied the knowledge spillover effect based on 3-dimensional panel data SUR econometric model.The results show that both MAR spillover effect and Porter spillover effect are found in the industries across regions in Guangdong province.PRD MAR spillover effect is more significant than non-PRD,while non-PRD Porter spillover effect is stronger than PRD
