Abstract:The adjustment of human capital structure is the key to achieve the transformation of industrial economy.In this paper,based on Chinas 31 regions as the research object,Shift-Share method is adopted to analyze the current situation of human capital structure and competitiveness in these regions.Moreover,according to the empirical research result,related recommendations have been proposed.The result shows that the trend of labor human capital declines and inhibits the growth of human capital,the number of skilled human capital increases and promotes the growth of human capital,as well as innovation human capital rapidly raises and plays a leading role in supporting the human capital growth
