Abstract:The paper uses the Super-SBM model to estimate the innovation efficiency about industrial enterprises of China's provinces based on energy conservation and emissions abatement during 2003—2013,and analyze the dynamics about the green innovation efficiency of enterprises in China by using kernel density estimation.Further,it studies the relationship between them with the spatial econometric method.The highest efficiency of innovation efficiency of enterprises is showed in the eastern region,density curve displays the efficiency of innovation efficiency of enterprises has experienced by the “single peak”to“twin peak”.Industrial agglomeration significantly improved efficiency at the same time and has the obvious spatial spillover effects.And then it puts forward the proposal for the conclusion
