Abstract：Based on investigations from strategic emerging corporations,this paper reveals the linkage between environment regulations and technological innovation performance.The results show that firstly controlled environment regulations poses an indistinctively negative effect on the economic performance of technological innovation,and an inconspicuously positive effect on the social performance of technological innovation,while voluntary environment regulations has a significantly promoting impact on both economic and social performance of technological innovation.Secondly,government support plays as a positive moderating variable between controlled environment regulations and technological innovation performance,but a negative moderating role between voluntary environment regulations and technological innovation performance
