Abstract：Combined with the essence of China's new urbanization,we applied the DPSIR environment management framework of the European Environment Agency to new urbanization assessment,and joined the four spheres of new urbanization in the traditional model.Then the ecological elements factor can be considered as a link bridge between Driving force and Pressure in the improved DPSIR model.It can reveal better the coordinated relationship between ecological civilization and new urbanization.The development proposals of new urbanization from the perspective of ecological in the DPSIR framework are enhancing Driving,relieving Stress,improving State,eliminating Effects and Response overall.Finally,the sample of three cities of Guangxi province was applied to verify its rationality and operability
