Abstract:Scientific workforce is the core of the national science and technology competitiveness.The mobilization of talents has become a hot issue in the field of scientific workforce research.It is necessary to improve the research on the mobilization of the talents at their college level.This paper puts forward the scientific workforce education matrix by using the scientific workforce adjacency matrix representing their flow between the universities and research institutions.Through the analysis of intellectual flows between universities,it finds universities differ in the levels of cultivating science and technology talents.Then,according to the scientific workforce adjacency matrix,and by using inter-provincial geographic coordination data,the scientific workforce mobilization is showed on the map,illustrating the provincial differences in the mobilization of talents
