On Classification,Selection and Evaluation of Innovation Policy Instruments

Abstract:Based on foreign literature review,the paper studied the main classification methods,selection methods,effectiveness analysis and development trends of innovation policy instruments from the perspective of government intervention level.Research results show that:Theories applied in innovation policy are rich,but lack of theoretical framework for innovation policy instruments;The themes of innovation policy instruments remain relatively scattered,and the suitability of policy environment as well as multiple levels of subjects involved in policy instrument design should be further researched.
