Abstract:In this paper,the science and technology innovation team was seemed as a multiple input multiple output of scientific research and production organization.The design of the evaluation system of the team was developed based on the collaborative innovation level.It analyzed the influence factors of collaborative innovation performance and the index evaluation system.and built three layers.By using DEA and Malmquist index method from the angle of the combination of static and dynamic analysis,empirical research was carried out.The study provides a new perspective to evaluate the efficiency of collaborative innovation of science and technology innovation team.
