Stakeholder Governance Patterns for Aeronautic Weapon Innovation with the View of Military Intellectual Property

Abstract：Among stakeholders of aeronautic weapon innovation,there are a lot of conflicts which affect the normal innovation.In the paper,stakeholder governance theory was analyzed.The differences between ordinary cooperation innovation and aeronautic weapon innovation were compared.According to military intellectual property,the conflicts among stakeholders and the governance evolution path of aeronautical innovation were analyzed.Four governance patterns for aeronautic weapon innovation were constructed and some useful suggestions were given.
