Measurement of China’s Special Economic Zones’ Industrial Transformation Level and Its Growth Effects

Abstract：Industrial transformation is important in the economic growth process，which is the key for sustainable economic growth.We decomposed the growth effects of industrial transformation from the single of factor and total factor productivity point.The result shows us that:Structural effect which coming from industrial transformation showed a decreasing trend，and long-term economic growth depend more on technological advances within the industry;There is a big difference on the evolutionary path，and sustainable growth requires both the rationalization and advancement of the industrial structure;Industrial transformation is rooted in the economic growth system，and sustainable growth required a mutual adaptation of the total economy and structure.
