Intellectual Property Management,Industrial Upgrading and Green Growth ——A Case in Guangdong in the Process of Industrial Transformation and Upgrading

Abstract：This paper calculated the industrial GTFP in Guangdong from 2004 to 2013 based on Malmquist-Luenberger model,taking IPM,IU and GG in a uniform framework,it investigates the influence of IPM,IU on industrial GTFP growth.The research results show that:Industrial upgrading has a significant promotion effect on industrial green growth;Although intellectual property management doesn’t directly promote industrial green growth in Guangdong province,but in the intermediary effect of industrial upgrading,it is indirectly promote industrial green growth.
