Abstract：Producer service,as intermediate input,has important influence on manufacture.This paper analyzes the impact of producer service on manufacturing export growth and its intensive and extensive margins by using Chinas manufacture data on industry-level from 2006 to 2010.The results show that “sales,maintenance,wholesale and retail service”,“transportation,warehousing and postal service”,“finance”and“real estate,lease service and other business activities” all promote Chinas manufacturing export significantly.In more detail,“transportation,warehousing and postal service” has the greatest influence,“real estate,lease service and other business activities” and “sales,maintenance,wholesale and retail service” promote manufacturing export less,and “finance” contribute the least to manufacturing export.Chinas modern service industry needs to develop further,in order to promote manufacturing export well.Besides,producer service promotes the extensive margin more than the intensive margin
