Abstract:Managing knowledge transfer in NPD projects effectively to reduce project risk and boost profits has been an urgent issue to project managers.This paper defines concepts of NPD project cost,incentive cost,the amount of knowledge transfer,the duration and their relationship.It constructs a time-cost model of multi-objective scheduling by taking into the knowledge transfer of NPD projects consideration.In the end,it offers three proposals for incentive costs,runs a preference ordering on scheduling proposals for various incentive costs by applying approaches mentioned,and makes a minimum duration,cost scheduling and incentive decision
