Abstract：To intensify and promote enterprises principal status in the system of agricultural science and technology innovation,we should explore actively some promotion strategies for supporting enterprise to develop agricultural science and technology innovation.To be specific,they are:thoroughly propelling system reform of agricultural scientific research;supporting enterprise to build research and development institution at high level,and establishing network of agricultural science and technology innovation;constructing the system of fiscal policy,tax policy and financial policy that support enterprise to develop agricultural science and technology innovation;guiding innovation elements(capital,scientific and technological talents,public services)to aggregate to enterprise;establishing perfect system of intellectual property;encouraging and guiding enterprise to develop agricultural science and technology services
