Abstract:Through the analysis of the interaction between technological innovation and economic development,it reveals the coupling coordinated development mechanism on the scientific and technological innovation and economic development,and constructs the scientific and technological innovation and economic development subsystem coupling coordination degree model,and conducts the empirical analysis based on the annual data of Chinese scientific and technological innovation and economic development from 1991 to 2012.The result of the study indicates that:Both in the social utility of dynamical optimum,or social utility static optimum,scientific and technological innovation and economic development are harmonious and have coupling coordination development relationship;China's government revenue and the two systems' coupling coordination degree have the same effect for the economic output;Coordinated development of scientific and technological innovation and economic growth plays an important role for promoting the economic output
