Abstract:On the base of the organizational learning theory,it constructed the structural equation model of the impact of firm cooperation experience and ambidextrous learning ability on cooperative innovation performance.Combined with the sample data of 208 Xi'an high-tech firms,it did the empirical analysis.The results show that the cooperation experience had positively correlated with cooperative innovation performance;Cooperation experience had positively effect on the dual of learning ability;Exploring ability was not correlated with cooperative innovation performance;Application ability had positively effect on cooperative innovation performance.Chinese firm was lack of learning and mining cooperative experiences,which affected ambidextrous learning ability.Therefore,the firms need and accumulate cooperation experience and improve ambidextrous learning ability to advance the firm's innovation ability;it should make full use of the cooperative innovation network which gathering rich knowledge and technology,to acquire more knowledge resources to improve firms innovation performance
