Abstract：Innovate UK is Britain's independent innovation agency,its jobs are is to fund and support enterprise and promote sustainable economic growth.This article elaborated the development process of UK towards innovation drive model,how Britain to put national institution such as Innovate UK at the core of the innovation system,and continue to play the leading role in various fields,to actively create and build the emerging markets in mission-driven organization mode.
