Abstract:This paper established the correlated model between research and development department in China's high technology industries and used the DNSBM model to analyze the overall efficiency,the period efficiency and the divisional efficiency of the technological innovation activities during 2010 to 2013.It turns out that the technological innovation efficiency of China's high technology industries in all provinces are almost in lower level and big regional disparities in recent years.The contribution of the research departments are lower than the development departments in most provinces.There are serious redundancies in the research and development funds,personnel,and patents.So we should pay more attention on strengthening the basic research,improving the regional technical resources integration and raising the level of patent technology to improve the harmonious degree between the research and development departments and the allocation efficiencies of technological resources in China's high technology industries.
