Abstract:Based on theory and literature analysis and combined with a survey of more than 200 domestic manufacturers,this paper builds a human resources management model structure matrix from two dimensions of the level of human resources management in an enterprise and its response to servitization,and extracts four kinds of human resources management models:tactical-passive,tactical-proactive,strategic-passive and strategic-proactive.On this basis,this paper identifies specific classification criteria for different human resource management models.Finally,it takes case study of a company.
