Abstract：This paper studied Chinese OEM enterprises' ability transition in embedding on global value chains and industrial chain upgrading mechanism.In the way of OEM enterprises' upgrading,the transition of capability faces the dual constraints of Global Value Chain governance and local external growth environment,which significantly restricted the growth of OEM enterprises' innovation capability.Therefore,it needs to build supportive mechanism of OEM enterprises' ability transition and industrial chain upgrading from both demand and supply levels under the condition of OEM enterprises' ability transition barrier so that we can promote OEM enterprises' innovation resources investment,technology capability,brand and corporate culture.On the basis,it summarizes the characteristics of the construction of transition support mechanism and puts forward some relative suggestions
