The Knowledge Mapping and Hot Topics of International Innovation Performance Research

Abstract:This paper mapped out the profile of international innovation performance in recent 10 years.Combining the analysis of key words and citation,hotspots have gotten to interpret the maps.The results show that researches mainly studied on influence factors of individual,team and organizational innovation performance,most researches were on the organizational level.Absorption capacity,open innovation,research and development,knowledge management and organizational learning are hot topics
