Abstract:This paper employs IDEF0 principle to establish an IDEF0 model and use the famous “B-Z reaction model”to construct co-evolution dynamic analysis model of enterprise technology innovation system to explore the dynamic evolution mechanism of coordination degree between subsystems,policy effect and technology output.The results reveal that compared with enterprise technology absorption capacity,technology research ability can be more easier to improve enterprise technology output.The stronger the coordination degree, the higher the technical output.If the incentive policy is adopted simultaneously,the effect is not obvious.On the contrary,if the incentive policy takes place under weak coordination condition,it would significantly promote the technical output capacity.
