Abstract：Through analyzing the innovation activities of strategic emerging industry cluster in different innovation stages,and summarizing the innovation demands of strategic emerging industry cluster systematically,the O2O service process of sharing platform is designed based on the three core aspects:online service application,offline resource integration and innovation service butt joint,and then the standardized service model and integrated specific service model of regional sharing platform is constructed.Finally,Heilongjiang science and technology resource sharing service platform is taken as an example and service strategies is put forward,which aims at continuously improving the service efficiency of regional sharing platform for strategic emerging industrial cluster innovation.
