A Typology of High-tech Research Institute Technology Transfer Models Based on Interaction Mechanism

Abstract:Innovation is seen as an interactive process.The interactions between public research institute and industry are seen as key elements of the National System of Innovation,and play an important role in technology transfer process.Based on dynamic/static and formal/informal dimensions,we formulate a quadrant model of high-tech research institute(HTRI)including integrate model,contract model and platform model.We conduct multiple case studies of representative HTRIs.HTRIs should take the most efficient technology transfer model based on the interaction mechanism.
