Abstract:Innovation driving the economic and social development is a dynamic,open and cyclical process.Science and technology innovation,innovation performance and innovation environment are the crucial components.There are driven effects among them.Since the transformation of knowledge and technology will take some time,there is some lag effect reflecting the drive effect.A model and an index system of innovation-driven development are established based on its connotation.Three hypotheses of innovation-driven relationship are proposed.Taking Beijing as a case,this study analyzed the driving relationship among science and technology innovation,innovation performance and innovation environment.The regression analysis method is used to analyze the innovation data of Beijing from 2005 to 2013.The results verify the hypotheses and show that science and technology innovation has positive driving effect on innovation performance,innovation performance has positive driving effect on innovation environment and innovation environment has positive driving effect on science and technology innovation.Along with this process there is obvious time hysteretic characters between the change trend of different key components.Finally,some suggestions about innovation-driven development are proposed
