Abstract：This paper evaluated the major contradictions of China’s food security from climate change，international trade，urbanization and consumption structure change Result showed that food security faced double price extrusion and highly yield，highly grain purchasing quantity，highly inventory threaten After that，this research analyzed the new trend of food security from the aspects of spatial，time and value dimension，which advocated that the value orientation of food security should balance the quantity，quality and price of grain On this basis，a new idea of constructing food security system under the background of new normal was proposed to guarantee food security in the future.
