Strategic Thinking on Developing Innovative City to Implement the Strategy of Innovation-Driven Development——Based on the Model of Shenzhen Innovative Development

Abstract：Innovative city development is meaningful for the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy and innovative country building.As the first pilot city of Chinese innovative city,Shenzhen has made prominent innovative achievement.It is due to its good entrepreneurship culture and environment,concentration of various human resources,deep amalgamation of technology and finance innovation,enterprise-centered innovation system,etc.Based on the experience of Shenzhen innovative development,the following suggestions are put forward:cultivating innovative culture,perfecting people motivation mechanism,inspiring entrepreneurship,structuring effective financial supporting system,creating entrepreneurship and innovation environment.The innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem is discussed in the paper
