Abstract：Technological innovation is particularly important to enhance the market competitiveness of Complex Product Systems(CoPS)integrators.Based on the analysis of CoPS innovation and enterprise technological innovation system,this paper recognizes 34 influential factors through many empirical studies for the technological innovation system of CoPS integrators and analyzes the relationship among the factors.The technological innovation system model of CoPS integrators is described in the Interpretive Structural Modeling(ISM)method and the internal working mechanism of each component in the model is also given
