Abstract:The government,industry,academy and research institute collaborative innovation led by the universities is at the start exploration stage.Universities are facing more and more serious tests in the collaborative innovation plan.University collaborative innovation can be divided into internal and external collaborative innovation,it emphasizes internal dynamic and leading role.Based on the internal dynamic formation analysis of university collaborative innovation,motivation factors are discussed in this paper.Furthermore,according to the current problem,this paper puts forward the proposal to perfect the dynamic mechanism of internal collaborative innovation in the universities
