Abstract：Based on the data of China's Employee-enterprises Survey in 2015,this paper takes use of three-stage DEA model to evaluate and analyze the innovation efficiency of manufacturing enterprises.The results show that only the difference of quality management mode will not result in the difference of enterprise innovation efficiency,but the quality management mode will affect the enterprise's innovation efficiency through the factors of enterprise scale,labor quality,comprehensive financing cost and the government support
