Abstract：Based on the pollutant source control perspective,this paper built environmental pollution governance model,and studied the effects and paths of pollutant source control mechanism in Shanghai,Jiangsu and Zhejiang.The results indicate that the most significant influence path of Shanghai to prevent increasing pollution is the indirect path,i.e.“technical progress—industry evolution—pollutant emission reduction”,the most important pollution reduction paths of Jiangsu and Zhejiang are both the direct path,i.e.“energy optimization—pollutant emission reduction”
