A Synergetic Optimization of the Biomass Fuel Supply Chain

Abstract:This paper establishes a collaboration model by introducing three mechanisms including contract mechanism,information sharing mechanism,and returns allocation mechanism.And it proposes the collaboration distribution based on the Shapley value algorithm in the supply chain.Research results show that all stakeholders' benefits increase under the framework of the three mechanisms,that is,Pareto improvement can be fulfilled in this model.The sensitivity analysis shows that on-grid electricity price is the most sensitive factor that affects the supply chain benefits.Therefore,constructing a reasonable on-grid electricity price formation mechanism of biomass power is an important factor to promote the development of this industry.In addition,the policy guidance and actively participation in the CDM groups can effectively increase the benefits of each stakeholder.
