Abstract：In recent years,in order to enhance the vitality of rural areas and promote the income of peasants,Japanese government has been actively exploring the integration of second,third industry and agriculture.Policies of agricultural networks are carried out in the whole country.In this process,many innovative approaches and practice models are proposed.This study starts with the introduction of the core policy of Japanese agricultural networks,introduces its main contents and objectives,summarizes the different typical models and analyzes the successful experience of each model,which is of great importance for China to promote industrial integration and develop the modern agriculture
