Abstract：Based on case analysis,The paper studied relevant research of benefit distribution for public-private-partnership projects in the field of scientific and technical innovation.For the type of intellectual property in the benefit distribution,the cases of major innovation projects,the construction of scientific research institutions,and international cooperation in research and development cases were selected to analyze specific practices.For the type of profit distribution,industrial competition of research and development plan and research achievements transformation plan were selected to discuss.Based on above research,the benefit distribution policy for public-private-partnership was summed up in the field of scientific and technological innovation
