Abstract：Public awareness of new technologies and products,as well as their risk perceptions determine their acceptance of new technologies and products,which is closely related to the innovation investment income.Due to the fact that public awareness of the risks of innovations often deviates from the actual risks,studies on the factors leading to these deviations are of great significance.From the perspective of the public internal factors,it studied the potential internal factors such as public information-processing factors,emotional factors,economic factors and the power factor orientation,and analyzed the formation mechanism of the public risk perception deviation,which would in turn provide strategies to reduce the risk of innovation caused by these deviations
