Abstract：A lot of countries initiated the survey and measurement of public research commercialization in recent years.This paper constructed an indicator system for measuring the performance of public research commercialization which included 4 first-level indicators and 15 second-level indicators,based on the mechanism of commercializing public research.Using the available data,this paper analyzed the performance of public research commercialization of the USA,UK,Germany,France,Japan and China
