Abstract:In order to study the problem about Chinese high technology enterprise insufficient innovation motive,this paper put forward the concept of synergistic innovation depth,analysed of the influence mechanism of synergistic innovation depth from the aspect of the macro cultural background,the protection of intellectual property rights,transaction costs,the government public policy and micro level of profits,enterprise scale,market structure,enterprise development speed.Based on the data from Chinese high technology industry statistical review,it made empirical study by using panel data model.The results show that the market plays a decisive role in the synergistic innovation depth,government investment strength in research and development has nothing to do with enterprise synergy innovation depth;moderate profit level and moderate monopoly degree play a biggest role in promoting synergistic innovation;the scale of enterprise is negatively correlated with synergistic innovation depth,emerging enterprise,mature enterprise and rapid developing enterprise have greater demand on synergistic innovation
