Abstract：Taking on the listed companies of strategic emerging industries from 2009 to 2013 as samples,this paper demonstrates the impacts of government R&D subsidies on business R&D output and its regulating role in marketization,market competition and ownership concentration.From the empirical results,we find that government R&D subsidies could encourage firms to increase output of technology innovation and higher marketization,better promoting effects of government R&D subsidies on business output of technology innovation.Secondly,government R&D subsidies on business output of technology innovation get better results in the industry with weaker product market competition.Thirdly,the effect of government R&D subsidies on business output of technology innovation is not significant among different dispersed ownership companies.The above results show that the government should increase subsidies on strategic emerging industries,boost the marketization process on different regions and make great efforts to foster a batch of large international enterprises and groups
